Clinging snow

This morning we woke to another winter blast of ice and snow, clinging to the trees in a beautiful spectacle of bright white everywhere you looked. 

I tried some black and white today, these are all photos of trees in and around our backyard.






The wind was whipping the flakes around in huge circles that were flung against the windows to become raindrops.  It looked almost like a leopards fur.

    Pretty! I REALLY wanted to take some pics of all that snow on the trees today, but I never got around to it. :(

    Neat pictures! I like the way you took them. I didn't realize there were so many trees around your house, that'll be really nice when spring finally gets here and the trees begin to bud.
